1. Digital Services — Withdrawal Right
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed into Hungarian law by Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.)), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content and services delivered immediately upon purchase, this right is waived when the consumer expressly consents to immediate delivery before the withdrawal period expires.
By completing your purchase on CVBooster, you confirm your consent to immediate service delivery and acknowledge the waiver of your withdrawal right. This is standard practice for immediately-delivered digital services across the EU.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
Despite the above, we stand behind our tools. If the AI output you received was clearly defective, failed to generate any result, or was materially different from what was described — contact us within 7 days of purchase at team@cvbooster.madethis.app and we will review your case and offer a resolution, which may include a re-run of the service or a full refund at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Review
Email team@cvbooster.madethis.app with:
- Your order confirmation / email used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
- What you expected vs. what you received
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after service delivery
- Failure to use the service after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality that is subjective rather than defective
5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Hungarian consumer protection law (Act CLV of 1997). You may also contact the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) or use the EU ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for dispute resolution.
