2. Scope of Services
CVBooster provides AI-powered digital career tools including CV optimization, cover letter generation, and interview preparation guidance. Services are delivered digitally via the website https://cvbooster.madethis.app.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation.
5. Digital Content Delivery
Our services are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment confirmation. By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (as transposed into Hungarian law by Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.)) — as permitted under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use our tools for personal career and job application purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any output generated by CVBooster.
7. Intellectual Property
The CVBooster platform, its design, and underlying technology are the property of the service provider. AI-generated outputs produced for your personal use are yours to use freely for job applications and career purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
CVBooster provides AI-assisted career tools as a support resource. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or job offers. To the maximum extent permitted by Hungarian law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
